Wasabi CD launch

Our 2nd (official) launch went off w/ a BANG @ Finbar, Maleny on Fri Dec 11. The guys didn’t sell a heap of CD’s, but w/ our ‘young gun’ drummer on board, Mitch Francis, we attempted roof-removal of that venue, whilst still keeping under 105 db, LOL. Proprietor, John, created a special Wasabi Pizza for the night.

On-Board

After a lengthy hiatus, & ‘wordpress 101′, I’m finally an on-board admin. 4 this site ! Will be uploading recent media, etc, as I go. Working album-title has morphed into ‘Inhabited Worlds’ ( when a Japanese friend kindly informed me that the word ‘Koan’ doesn’t rhyme with ‘Cone’, so my double entendre ceased to seem operative, tsk.

Longest ‘Making Of ‘ in History !

REUTERS – LONDON- Dec ’09
“As 2010 approaches, the Chillorado album,’ Inhabited Worlds’ earns Guiness Book of Records’ ‘Longest Time spent making an Album ‘ ” .

Kit says now he’s got the record for slowest album, he wants to ensure that no-one beats it for a long, long time… maybe ever !

Update 8.5.07

Well here we are well into ’07, Mr Mark Gillett just re-located to the ‘other side’, r.i.p. brother. My ‘new year’ is April 29, & what a huge year’s just gone, full of incredible challenges which stretched me to the max, plus a tour which included Thailand, Kampuchea & NZ. Now back on track w/ view to album. Admin of this site was down for most of the year, but now able to publish clips/pics/sounds again.
